Leavin' on a jet plane (again)...

The kids and I leave on Saturday morning for Christmas back home. Caden was so excited that he got out his own suitcase and started packing. After I took hime to pre-school I decided to take a look and this is what I found. Everything was very neatly folded and he had counted out the same number of underpants and socks. So if he can pack a suitcase so nicely then... Posted by Picasa

Merry Christmas!

Since I sent out so many announcements I am passing on the Christmas card this year. Tonight was Trace's re-scheduled Christmas program at school. I decided to get everyone dressed and hope for at least one decent picture! If anyone wants this e-mailed for easier printing let me know! Posted by Picasa

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

The first real snow of the season arrived during the night last night. What a way to start of the month of December! Schools have been canceled all over the place which is extremely rare out here. We had freezing rain last night though before the snow started falling so it is pretty dangerous out there. They are calling for 4-12 more inches before noon today. The only real bummer is that Trace's school Christmas program was tonight and he was actually going to have grandparents there. Now it is re-scheduled for monday and my parents are supposed to leave on Sunday evening. Of course that will depend on the weather now! Posted by Picasa
