We celebrated Chinese New Year and Paige's birthday together this year! Once again it was a fun time to get together with family and friends and do what we all do best - EAT! Paige was very excited to finally get a couple of Barbie dolls. We have stayed away from them up til now but decided that as long as she had some "kid" ones and a "mommy" then we could do it. So Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea joined us along with Glitter Glam Vac Barbie. As Paige's preschool teacher always says, "glitter is the gift that keeps on giving." I suspect we will be graced with this gift for quite a while yet to come! Hello Kitty was also a big thing this year and she got some cool new Hello Kitty Legos and an umbrella. The cake too was adorned with Hello Kitty. This morning I was awakened by a bouncing, giggling little girl and the words, "Mommy I'm FIVE!" Technically not for another week kiddo but who's going to squash that entheusiasm?
